Where every customer ends up

The same outcomes apply whoever makes the calls. Callbacks are customers who ring back after a missed call or a message.

How the gap grows with list size

Same assumptions, different list sizes. The set up fee is paid once, so every extra customer widens the gap.

How this is worked out

Call minutes are conversations, callbacks and voicemails multiplied by their length. The Digital Assistant is charged per minute plus the one-off set up fee.

Your team spends the same talking time, plus time dialling and waiting on every attempt (including the ones nobody answers) and time writing notes after each conversation. The hourly cost is salary plus on-costs, divided by the hours worked in a year, then scaled up for the share of paid time that is actually spent on the phone after leave, training and meetings.

Not included: recruiting, training, desks, phones and software for in-house staff, or the cost of hiring someone for a short campaign.
